The new concept chip crusher uses side cutters to crush chips. By not using special blades, costs can be reduced, and only the damaged parts can be replaced during blade resharpening or replacement. It excels in maintenance performance. Additionally, using sensors and sequencers, it constantly monitors the operating status, ensuring reliable control of the gear motor compared to thermal-only types, preventing gear motor seizure and excessive load on the crushing blades. Furthermore, an optional interface is available to accommodate the addition of interlocks as needed.
